Shoes on pending for a while and…

Shoes on pending for a while and wouldn’t let me make a sale and then afterwards it was sorted out and my order was confirmed once I had spoken to one of the GOAT specialist Jaylord.

My experience with goat has been really good till now. Their customer service is fast and efficient. Giving me all the information I need. I’ve been using goat for about two years now and never once regretted it.

I love ordering through goat

I love ordering through goat. This company does an excellent job on getting your orders to you quickly. Whenever I’ve had inquiries or questions concerning my order they would respond same day or next day. Customer service is amazing and I’m going to continue to shop with this merchant.

Ordered shoes on April 9th and by April…

Ordered shoes on April 9th and by April 23rd I still don’t have them . Customer service is horrible as it’s only through email and you get the same common responses every time . eBay is about to take over the fake with no seller fees , see ya goat and thanks for screwing up my order

Buyer beware

Buyer beware: if you’re considering purchasing shoes as a gift for someone else, DO NOT use GOAT. They don’t have exact shipping/arrival dates and have a 3-day return policy. That’s not a typo: 3 days. So if the gift recipient either doesn’t like the shoes or, in my case, the size doesn’t fit, you’re SOL. I contacted them regarding this (23 days after receiving the shoes—less than 30 days, the typical timeline for most respectable businesses—still in perfect condition), explaining the situation and their only solution was to become a seller myself…No return or exchange option.

THEY SENT ME FAKES

I’ve never had Jordan’s so I was hoping to cope the universal blues this March, but because it is so hard to cop such a nice color wave, I had to go to another web site to get the shoes I want. I payed almost close to 600 dollars for these, and I just noticed 3 weeks later that I DON’T HAVE A NIKE LOGO ON THE INSIDE SOLE. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I CONTACTED THEM Immediately and they said, you only have a 3 day window to return items, I was so infuriated. They basically told me that, the only way I can get my money back is if I sell them back to goat. Mind you, I never had a pair of J’S in my life. So how was I suppose to know. Tried to research about Jordan’s not having inside logos...nothing popped up. NEVER AGAIN. I’m getting my shoes professionally authenticated, AND IF THESE DON’T PASS...ITS GOATS ASS.

I ordered a pair of shoes as a gift

I ordered a pair of shoes as a gift, and accidentally ordered the wrong size. I initiated a return, and did not realize I had to pay for the return shipping as well as other fees. I received quick and helpful support regarding how to return, but the lack of communication around GOAT policies was disappointing.

Do not buy they lost my shoes

I paid $12 on February 27 to have my shoes shipped from the goat storage service. I never got a tracking number so I emailed them instead of answering my question, they proceeded to tell me how to ship them, like I didn’t read the part where I had already been charged and where is the tracking number? It’s been four days and I can’t seem to find the tracking number or the shoes, if this company does not find the shoes within three days I am going to press charges against them. I paid for the shoes, they are my property, I pay to have them shipped I have proof of that and they aren’t even responding all day today, They have no phone number, and the email support is lackluster. I was really excited to get the shoes and now I don’t even know if I’ll ever get them, I’m about ready to call the bank and charge it back to them because they can’t even give me a straight answer, it’s the worst customer service experience I had this year so far, I don’t think I will ever buy a pair of shoes again from them because I cannot trust that when I pay to ship my shoes to me that it will actually happen.

One of the worst shoe companies

One of the worst shoe companies. I ordered shoes and wanted to cancel my order bc it was shipped to the wrong address. They did NOTHING to resolve my issue and i paid a fortune for shoes i never received. Horrible company you’re better off not buying a single thing from them

Fakes on GOAT

I ordered the jubilee 11s on December 31,2020 and they took 7 or 8 days to get here and when I got the shoes I made sure the shoes were authentic and no they weren’t I spent 255$ which was my Christmas money and I wasn’t happy at all with my purchase I won’t ever be buying anything from the site again.

I'm relieved

I ordered basketball shoes for my son but never received them. And, I must admit, after reading the BBB reviews on GOAT, I did not think that I would ever receive the shoes nor a refund. But, I went through their email support and submitted my complaint (using my order # and the tracking #) and received a fairly immediate reply that the order was being reviewed. Then, within just a few days, I received a very thoughtful response from a customer service specialist (Luisa) that my son's shoes were (I think?) lost at the shipping facility and that they would issue a full refund (which has indeed posted on my credit card). So, while of course, we're disappointed that the shoes were not ultimately delivered, I am relieved that the matter was resolved, my credit card was refunded and we were not scammed - at all. So, I'm giving 4 stars only because it did take several weeks to hear anything (besides "shipping delay") but once I inquired more forcefully on why the shipping was so delayed, they took care of the issue quickly and effectively (so I would give their customer service 5 stars in that respect). Thanks!
